Official: NYSC Batch A Stream II Orientation Postponed.

It has been speculated that the National Youth Service Corps Orientation (Camping) Exercise for 2016 Batch A stream II will be postponed due to the ongoing Nigerian Labor Congress Industrial Action and lack of funds by the Commission. These Speculations have been validated this morning by the NYSC through a post in its official Facebook page. This is surprising especially as previous Information was disseminated that President Buhari has released fund for the Orientation earlier last week.

All Prospective Corp Members are hereby directed to wait till some of the ‘logistics’ (as the NYSC calls it) have been Settled before a New date will be conveyed to them.

The Commission have apologized for any inconveniences caused.

Some Prospective Corp Members have actually Traveled very long distances to get to their Orientation Camp just to realize they just wasted valuable Time, Energy and Resources. This is as a result of Misinformation on the part of such Corp Members. We hereby Enjoin the NYSC to be Swift about disseminating such sensitive Information in event of Future Occurrences.
