Biafra: Why Actor Kenneth Okonkwo Appeared For Kanu’s Trial

Popular Nollywood actor and lawyer, Kenneth Okonkwo, has been spotted at the Federal High Court, Abuja, ahead the trial of the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Namdi Kanu, which resumed today.

Nnamdi Kanu who arrived the Abuja court today in a combination of Biafran colors -is standing trial over treasonable felony charges.

Kenneth Okonkwo, who started his acting career with the Movie, “Living in Bondage” has been showing his support for the separatist group, Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) since he became a lawyer.

When he arrived the court room, A surprised but happy IPOB Director, Nnamdi Kanu exchanged pleasantries with the actor while expressing his undefined Joy.

Meanwhile, efforts to get Actor Kenneth Okonkwo speak to MYNAIJAINFO was not successful but an inside source revealed that he is vying to represent Nnamdi Kanu in the trial.
