Man Disguised As Woman To Kidnap Kids. There was commotion after a young man was caught today by some youths in Omuchi Igwuruta in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state capital.

It was gathered that the guy disguised himself and dressed like a lady in order not to attract attention to himself and to allegedly perfect his evil plans.

He reportedly confessed that he was sent to kidnap little school children in the area.

He has been handed over to Igwuruta police for more investigations.
