Photos: Senate begins ministerial screening, asks Akpabio, Akume to take a bow
The senate this monring began the screening of ministerial nominees sent to them by President Buhari for confirmation.
The first nominee screened was former banker turned oil magnate, Uche Ogah, who responded to questions asked as regards the banking and the oil and gas sector.
Senators Godswill Akpabio, George Akume, and honorable Emeka Nwajuba were asked to take a bow and leave as the senate maintained its tradition where former or serving members of the National Assembly take a bow.
Other nominees scheduled for screening today include Rotimi Amaechi, Ogbonnaya Onu, Bashir Magashi and one other.
